(Mostly) updated facilities, they are still in the process of the remodel but the main lobby and rooms were great. Elevator and hallways were dated. Swimming pool area was very nice, and the water was the perfect temperature!

The hotel was under renovation and very dingy. I left my pet briefly while I went to get food. The front desk called me and told me it was against the law to leave my pet in the room. The rep amended her statement saying it was against hotel policy and ordered me to return immediately. I thought I was going to be made to leave with no where to stay for the night.

The rooms were very clean and decent
Customer service was the worst I have ever had, no place for your pets, our room only had half pillows, would of liked to have an actual full pillow. Would not stay again

The hotel was conveniently located and room was nice. The breakfast was plentiful and even had people making fresh eggs and omelets.

The breakfast was wonderful.
The heater made to much noise and the bathroom needs a fan.

Location was good.
Looked like people were living there. Scary clientele. Didn’t feel safe. The TV stations didn’t always work, they’d fade in and out. Had to call the front desk because someone was smoking outside our room. On the 3rd day the water coming out of the faucets smelled like rotten eggs. Enough to make me gag.

Room clean, comfortable bed. The breakfast had lots of choices. Staff was very friendly and accommodating.

When we were unsatisfied with our first room, we were given a room on a higher floor, which was so much better. The staff person was very helpful.
The first room we had was on the ground floor. Had a funky smell and didn’t seem especially clean.

Not anything that ruined our stay but they really should consider who they're hiring for the front desk. The r evening we arrived, the hostess was amazing but the morning girl😵💫 she had the basically no PR skills. I tried to ask questions to engage but, she just wasn't interested in ANY conversation. No biggie, like I said, the stay was a "10". Just thought a more outgoing or personable would be better for a front desk 👍
