The phone in the room had no cord

The lady that was working that night was really nice and welcome me and all my family we booked 3 rooms, I forgot to get her name… but she was lovely and stay was great. and we had an amazing trip thank youuu so much!!

it was close to local activity

no coffee machine in room not enough trash can in front room, our TV didn’t work.

The staff was the best part. Very friendly and accommodating.

A few more accommodations would have gone a long way. No microwave. Hair dryer and iron were available if you go to the office to ask for them. Bath tub had no plug.

Close to Universal Studios and LAX. At least there was a fridge. And you can get coffee at the reception.

No drinks (water, tea), heater, micro in the room. No paper cup. No breakfast option. Only soap, no shower gel. Hairs everywhere. Dirty carpet, make sure to wear slippers or shoes inside the room. Very worn-off furniture and bathroom. Noisy. Too expensive for this quality.

Location was great for our trip visiting family.

For the price I would have expected a little more simple luxuries in the room.. hairdryers; coffee makers; real chairs (not plastic).

The bed was not comfortable at all.. mattress is so hard! and i didn’t feel safe being there! couldn’t sleep!

Room had a very strong bad smell and blood stain on one bed. I asked for another similar room and had similar issues with smell. We decided to not stay over night and found another last minute hotel. The rooms looked cleaned but my family didn't feel comfortable spending the night!

bad smell, out dated, very run down, uncomfortable beds, mold in the shower, noisy area and housekeeping yelling in the morning and making noise, broken curtains letting light in etc
