The staff (London) was awesome!!! She went above and beyond for us!! The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable! Loved that we could walk to the airport!
I understand this was out of the hotels hands but the people directly above us stomping for an hour was extremely disrespectful and upsetting while trying to sleep.

The location is opposite the terminal, which is very helpful when traveling at 5 am in the morning. Leaving the car for long-term parking is also very convenient.
The elevator needs an upgrade !!

It's always nice to stay at the Ramada next to the Spokane International Airport. It's close proximity to the airport, they offer free shuttle service, a decent breakfast buffet, and friendly, helpful staff.
The mozzarella cheese sticks were perfectly cooked and minestrone soup also delicious, just missed some Parmesan cheese, both available at the 509 Bar & Restaurant. :-)
I wish the hallways to the rooms were linoleum or some other hard surface, as trying to wheel your suitcase to your room across the carpet can be a challenge. When your room is way at the end of one of their "wings" it just makes sense to have no carpet, except at entryways to collect dust and snow, plus it would be way more sanitary, and I would think better for people with allergies such as dust. Carpets collect a ton of dirt and dust every day. I hope the Ramada hotel company considers putting better user-friendly hallways at this building one of these days.

Bar area was nice
Very dark in parking lot and around the building, no elevator section we stayed at. Bathtub was filthy like hair on tub surrounding and soap was left from the person last stayed in room plus a very dirty towel left in tub also. Called front desk no apology only offered me a free drink if I could make it to front desk in 5 minutes because bar was closing

The room seemed updated and clean. The bed was comfortable.
The walls/ceiling are thin. The person upstairs was walking around all night and we could hear every little movement above us.

There is so much to do here. The property was a resort in itself. It has a great pool with a nice sized water slide. There were several fire pits and you can purchase s’mores kits at the front desk. The breakfast was excellent and had spacious seating. Their courtyard was green with lots of clean chairs and seating and they had lawn games. Fantastic place to just unwind after a day around Spokane. The airport wasn’t nearly as loud as I worried it could be.
The location was further out of Spokane but the amenities made it absolutely worth it.

Clean and cool room, great swimming.
My traveling companion was in a wheelchair. The building layout was not as disabled friendly as it could have been. There was only one small elevator and areas of uneven floor, the ramps were quite steep.

Clean and quiet despite being so close to the airport, the option for outdoor s’mores was a very lovely touch!
The layout was a bit odd, and we, along with another couple, had to wait for our rooms because they were short staffed on housekeeping. The cleaners still did a wonderful job. The water pressure in the shower was no better than the sink though.

No closet and old style could not find the pool. The front desk did not really give good information and direction. Gave us a a disabled room.

We booked a room a month ago. Specifically requesting a roll out bed.

Nor was other accomodations possible. This after 500 miles of travel was unacceptable.
The guest services person was polite and apologetic, which was a small consolation.
I would not recommend this establishment if any requests beyond the barest minimum are required, as their system seems to not be able to handle such requirements.

Safe location, nice pool area, beautiful court yard.
Noisy people upstairs kept us awake until almost 1am. We were told the slide was open until 11 but it closed at 9. The hours for the slide are limited.

They were polite when I checked in except what I asked for extra towels which apparently was a huge deal
The restaurant was closed all they had was pre-made sandwiches and soups that had been sitting there boiling all day long over priced tasting terrible that was all they had for food
