Better than we anticipated. Very dirty. Headboard needs cleaning. Carpet need replacing

it was close to the highway, Denny's was a 30s walk and it was a 15 min drive to Disneyland
The pipe under the sink was broken, and the facility could have used a safe to store my belongings.

Good value for money. The rooms are small but clean and pleasant, with granite countertops and such. The location is great—right off the freeway and just a few minutes from Irvine. It has a pool which is nice at this price point. I liked that it’s next to a 24/hr Dennys.

Staff was super freindly.
The bed was one of the hardest most uncomfortable beds, the place overall just seemed dirty, when I closed the the door I could see light coming in all around the door and felt a breeze coming from the bottom and it looked like half inch gap between the door seal and the actual frame. I left about 20 minutes after I got there

Told that a $50 deposit wad required and they charged my card $57.50 and I still haven't gotten it back

The young guy who checked me in was nice and resourceful. I requested an iron and he had one sent to my room.
I had a stalker staying up in the attic all night. It both concerned and maddened me. The guy who dropped off my iron acted strange and gave me a chilling grin when he was leaving. I suspect it could have been him. Strange & shady people around the area. I will not be back to stay here again nor will I recommend it to any of my Family or friends.

Woke up one night and got bit by a bug, had to go to urgent care because my thumb had swollen pretty badly and spent a good amount of money for an IV drip and medication. I asked for a refund for a night and they just transferred me rooms and said they had to inspect the room to which they said they had found nothing. They then said there was nothing they can do.

looks nothing like the pictures. it’s run down, needs remodeling and a fresh coat of paint on all door (exterior and interior). Property smelled of urine by the stairs as we walked up to second floor.

Everything was bad, the room I was given had bed bugs, and they had to change my room , staff is so rude, and pricing was too high to be in that dirty carpet and bedding, I am never gonna go there.
