The hot food in afternoon was a great surprise!!! Wonderful hot breakfast! The shower was fantastic! The staff were very helpful , courteous, and friendly!

We had a suite and the AC did not properly cool the entire space. It also wasn’t clear if the AC was on auto or fan.

The staff were excellent, from the cheerful receptionist to the helpful room cleaners who brought extra towels to the very attentive women who managed the breakfast and dinner buffets. They were consistently attentive and thoughtful.

The bed and pillows were wholly uncomfortable, the room clammy and humid, the internet poor at all times, the pool and jacuzzi filled with brown sludge--it floated happily on top of the foam in the hot tub like a little pile of not-chocolate sprinkles. We paid extra for a room with a bathtub, but the tub was so shallow that I could not even cover the tops of my legs when seated, and the water was not retained well. The photographs of the free dinners on booking.com look interesting and varied, but we stayed for three nights and nights 1 and 3 were almost exclusively pork: hot dogs, pulled pork, and baked beans. (Dinner 2, meatballs, was substantially better). In other circumstances, it would have been tolerable; for a romantic weekend away, it was one of the biggest disappointments imaginable.
