Upon arrival late afternoon I found out from the CHECKIN employee that I didn’t have a reservation any longer because two rooms had flooded and mine was one of them. He lied about notifying me. After I insisted they find a room for me, I was asked to leave or they would have me removed. I never raised my voice and was not unruly. I have traveled all over the world and have never experienced this before. When I showed him my reservation—he had to admit, it showed I had a reservation. This humiliating event was witnessed by other guests—all white. I am African-American. People were coming in and everyone got their reservation without any issues. It was late evening and I am unfamiliar with the area. I needed to get rest so I could get ready for a home-going celebration for a deceased family member the next day. There was no sympathy, compassion and no help in finding another hotel in the area. The white man in the attached hotel lobby picture below is the uncouth hotel employee as he was delivering his insulting message to me. I will never book this unprofessional, insulting and disrespectful hotel again.

The pool was welcoming with towels on chairs and Jay at welcome desk was just an angel. So sweet and friendly!

Beds a little too firm

The location was excellent. The room was comfortable and very clean.

I reserved a room with a king bed, but it was a queen, so we had some trouble adjusting to the smaller bed. There is no microwave in the room, so we had to throw away perfectly good leftovers from an expensive restaurant. We were disappointed in that. The bartender was less than attentive the one time we went to the bar. We had to ask the front desk if the bar was even open, because the bartender kept walking right past us without asking if we wanted anything. My Husbands breakfast sandwich tasted like cardboard. He could only eat half of it, and it cost $14!!

I liked how clean it was.

The lady at the Starbucks/bistro area in the mornings could use some customer service training. She was rude and not accommodating.

Only option for coffee was Starbucks but run by front desk - so coffee choice was expensive and not necessarily made by barista - staff was so friendly and helpful though. also - I need to extend my stay and every time they did it I got another 250$ hold on card so I had huge hold of 700$ cause of the two extensions

The room was very small I ask for two bed did not get

Hotel was clean, the rooms were clean, beds comfy, nice big shower.

The bistro downstairs, the food was awful. No taste, over cooked and cold. To busy for one person.
