very poor house keeping, spent about 18 days in total, there wasn’t any change of bed sheets or spread not even a bath towels. The heater or air conditioning system not functioning. Top of the fridge were dirty for some reasons. no access for cleaning tool as well.

I had to change rooms twice and the room they gave me had no clean sheets, toilet paper and the door would not fully close. fortunately no one came in and murdered us. but wat the hell kind of place is this. no one answers the phone. I want my deposit back and no one is available to tell me when I get it back. i should get it when I check out no idk. i feel like I got robbed and if I don’t get my deposit back today 10/31/22 I’m informing my lawyer and we’re going further than the deposit. im trying to leave what I seen on your property quiet but I can’t if I’m wronged so please fix this I don’t care about anything else but my money.

I liked that it was easy to find, the receptionist/security/concierge was very helpful but clearly doing more than one job. The information he provided was very helpful. The shower was interestingly modern and well used to make use of space. Thr toilet was a slow flush, there was hair in the sink and on the soap dish. The microwave still had food in it. The beds were very comfortable.

There were people clearly hanging out looking for drugs, the police officer roamed the parking lot stalking guests and patrons alike. Upon check out, the couple next door began arguing then physically fighting and as we drove out I saw the woman was scantily covered with only a thing as she put her spouses items out ,all while a baby about the age of 3 wailed. It was a sad scene but unfortunately due to my recent eviction, might be a familiar one.

Room was NOT ready for check in. Office was locked and I was told to go across the street to use the restroom. One man approached my truck asking if I had drugs. A second man approached my truck offering me drugs. This place is disgusting, unsafe and unacceptable. And then you have the audacity to want to bill me for a stay I didn't have.

I booked a room there for one night (9/6 to 9/7) thru booking.com. When I arrived around 4pm to check in, no one was there to recieve me. The office was locked. I went around to the night window and saw a sign with a number to call. I called the number, no answer. I winded up leaving and going to another hotel up the road because no one was available to check me in. I was still charged for the room. I called and spoke with Ruby twice. She was extremely rude and I'm not sure how she has a job in hospitality with that attitude. She wasn't hospitable at all and told me I was considered a no call-no show to them. I asked for a manager and left my information but no manager ever contacted me. Booking.com even filed a refund request for me but the money still hasn't been refunded to my card. Huge Waste of time and hopefully not money also. Myself and my partner were very dismayed at the lack of customer care displayed by Ruby, the representative for hometowne studios. The second time I called, she denied we had ever spoken. But I wrote her name down so I know it was her.
