No time for breakfast. Everything from checking in to checking out went extremely well. Our hotel room was very clean.

Breakfast could have been better. It wasn't bad but not great either. It was the same every day, maybe mix it up a bit for people who stay more than one night. Room was clean and comfortable and was priced great.

Location was just off the interstate and rooms were clean. Breakfast had several warm and cold options to choose from. Staff was very kind and helpful.
Facility needs updated and breakfast area is on the small/cramped side.

The beds are very comfortable. There’s plenty of parking.
The room smelled musty, except for one person the rest of the staff we encountered were rude, not at all helpful, and unfriendly. The phone in the room was broken and when I told the person at the front desk she said she would replace it but she never did. Kids in the pool kept running, screaming, and divebombing into the pool splashing everyone and no adults were in there with them. One night the parents of about 10-15 kids sat in the dining area drinking while the kids ran wild in the pool and the halls. Then the kids ran up and down the halls, sounded like a herd of elephants above us, and the staircase around the outside of our room nonstop up until 10-11pm and not one staff person told them to stop. The coffee was horrible, didn’t even taste like coffee and we had to move the pot over by the sink to plug it in.

The hotel was easy to get to. There's a McDonald's and an Arby's that you can walk through the parking lot to. Although the hotel was not the most updated, it was clean and well maintained. Definitely good for a one night stay.
The air freshener in the rooms was over powering. It was sitting on the air conditioner so we took it out.

The hostess was very nice
The room was not very clean. The bathroom floor was sticky.

The pool was perfect for my children. The beds were clean and comfortable.
The only room for improvement was there wasn’t any breakfast items left and no restocking of them. The air conditioner made a clicking noise that would not stop so we couldn’t use it.

That I paid through booking.com and the clerk charged me again. My husband said we had paid but he charged anyway. I do see that there is a refund of one of the charges pending today on my account.

we were not pleased with the fact that the maid went in before we were checked out to fully clean our room. manager spoke with her right off!

Staff were very friendly. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. It was a little noisy due to kids, but that's to be expected at this price point - more family friendly. So not fancy, but fine for a one or two night stay. Recommend "The Other Place" restaurant only a couple miles away for a good meal at fast-food prices.
Breakfast items were kind of cleaned out by others by 8:30 AM, but to be fair, we didn't track down a staff member to ask for anything to be replenished.
