Toothpaste in the sink, hair in the sink..the outside was dirty. women screaming in distress next door at 4 a.m. It was an scary experience. I did get a refund on the last 2 nights that I didnt stay. They were understanding and apologetic.

The place is really bad everything is old and smells bad the fridge smell like rotten food there wa creepy people around

I have stayed here before. I have always been pleased with this hotel. The rooms are spacious and comfortable and the Best Whittier Inn is perfectly located. I can walk to a coffee shop, a well known dollar store and several restaurants. My family lives in Whittier and we dine with family whether it’s in their home or local restaurants. Bonus questions regarding additional services do not apply to us.

The front desk harrassment. The front dedk called my cell phone threatening to charge my card $250 for smoking. I don't smoke and was caught off guard. I believe this was racial. No one smoked in or around the hotel. Also, I had already signed the smoking waiver. There was no need to call and bother me.

1. Manager was respectful. 2. Spacious room. 3. Refrigerator. 4. Plenty of towels. 5. Single couches. 6. Two layers of curtains (A layer of mesh curtain made it possible to have daylight in the room while not worrying about privacy).

1. Unstable WiFi. 2. No microwave. 3. Facilities were a little worn. 4. The light switches seem to have movement sensors. Kept turning off while reading, working on my laptop, watching TV, etc.

The location and cleanliness of the room

Beds are a little hard but we managed. The staff was friendly and some day if the bar and pool is opened as it is still under reconstruction it will be an awesone find ! Great location ! 2.9 miles for amazing hiking trails and everything you need os close by ... it is a motel so as motels go i give it an 8 it would be a 10 if the bar and pool were open and the beds had a more confortable mattress ? But for the price we were pleased .

The people down stairs complaining that we were being loud. I’m 43 he’s 50 we don’t party, all my bf was doing walking to the bathroom back to the bed then to the fridge back to the bed the flooring is thin n the ppl were complaining about that. It’s not our fault the floors are junk. It was barely 630pm when manager came to tell us to stop. Are u kidding me, after that I knew I wasn’t getting my deposit back. I used 3 towels to mop the floors these towels were so dam dirty he charged me $10 for damaging property. DONT STAY HERE ITS NOT WORTH IT
