i booked a king and they gave me queens they didn’t have kings available. the place was not clean. and it smelled like cigarettes.

Smelled like marijuana and cigarette smoke. Did not receive type of rooms reserved.

The reservation were ignored by type of beds, bath tub was dirty, sheets has stains and hallways repeated of cigarettes and Marijuana.

It was a convenient location to where I need to go.

The room was dirty. No elevator. I was placed upstairs with my 2 small children and when there was plenty room to stay down stairs. I was accused twice of not paying for my stay when I did. I was locked out of my room and told I couldn’t get in because I didn’t pay when I in fact did pay cash! No one apologized. I had plans to stay a couple more nights but I would never stay there again!
