Price was very reasonable, the room was clean and adequately furnished. Bed was very comfortable. Had all the basic necessities.

TV was so small it was a strain on the eyes to watch from bed. Coffee machine location was not well lighted so making coffee a minor struggle. the table and chairs were oddly located so that sitting on one side was obstructed by hanging clothes on the rack. Outside door needed painting after the lock had been changed.

Room showed some updates (bed, tv and bathtub and ceiling) while furniture, walls, bathroom fixtures and carpet need to be updated. The outside also needs to be updated.

The desk staff was great and the breakfast was good. The location is a nice area and there is plenty of parking.

The room was a bit small and there was no place in the bathroom to put toiletries.

I honestly have no negative feedback. From the snow removal to meeting my every need, I felt very safe and comfortable here.

Absolutely fantastic stay! Smooth check in, very professional and polite gentleman who checked us in. Our first time in Estes and he helped with some recommendations of eating, sightseeing, etc. The room was immaculately clean, good space, and had great mountain views. Breakfast each morning was great. Biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, waffles, along with cold cereal, fruit, yogurt. The breakfast room was busy but they kept things well stocked, cleaned tables quickly, and did a great job of keeping things rolling. The location is great! Mountain views every direction, very close to downtown, but far away enough to not be too busy. Less than 5 minutes away from everything in town. Cannot say enough good things about our stay, will definitely be back!

The breakfast room could use some type of curtain for the mornings, as the sun is directly in your face dishing up food and eating. Minor inconvenience though.

I love that they came in every day and took out the trash and brought new towels we never had to ask for that :-)

Breakfast was free which we loved but the gravy looked very gross. That did not make me change my rating on this place I still give it a 10 out of 10. But I do think they need new gravy LOL

I loved the big size of the TV, the bed was very comfy, the shower very refreshing and a big tub to soak in, the heater ran nice and warm. The breakfast was very nice and had lots of options.

The person who checked me in and then the person who checked me out at the end of my stay were so friendly and personable. You don't get that everywhere, unfortunately. The place was also very clean and comfortable.

We stayed in one of the spa rooms. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was very nice and were able to accommodate our requests. Breakfast was a pleasant surprise, we expected a cold continental breakfast and were pleased with the hot items available. Location is easy to find and convenient to town.

We had an amazing stay at the blue door inn, it will be where we stay any time we are in Estes Park. The staff is very friendly, rooms are spotless, and the breakfast is a nice bonus. The location was perfect and you couldn’t beat the views. We could not have found a better place to stay!

The walls and ceilings were very thin. I could hear the guest above watching TV till late at night and early in the morning. The carpets were pretty dirty was well.
