woman at the desk was cheerful and very nice.

The popcorn ceiling was hanging in parts of the room, the pool/hot tub area needs updating. Food was ok

The breakfast was fantastic! We have been on the road for a while this was our favorite hotel. Breakfast just had a few little extras that made it less boring for my family, like whipped cream and chocolate syrup for the waffles!

Can't remember if there was anything I didn't like.

The room was very clean, the staff was very nice and helpful. I will definitely stay there again. I think everyone that travels should stay at this hotel! I give it 5+ stars.

There wasn't anything I didn't like except the bed gave me a backache. Other than that, the room was awesome.

We needed to get in an hour early to prep for a wedding we were going to, but they would not let us in even though our rooms were ready unless we paid an extra $30. Many wedding guests rented rooms there. A little customer service would have been nice to see intead of a money grab.

The staff was very nice and willing to help with anything and specially when it was noticed I was having issues walking

That at check in was informed the pool was open 24 hours and wasn't it was locked at midnight. And breakfast food ran out

Breakfast was okay. The main lobby is very nice and welcoming, the pool area has a nice setup

Pool had broken glass in it, rented two rooms and payed less for the suite king with a jacuzzi tha a double queen. Somebody from hotel staff opened my door and went thru my medicine bag! (Left all my bottles outside my zip lock bag!) Day shift staff isn't properly trained each time you ask them for something they have to find someone else! Need to put air in the luggage cart tires. Lights are not that bright and not enough for the size of either room! You'll find yourself moving the lights around or using your cell phone for extra lights!
