The hotel manager was very nice and gave us a room that cost more for no extra charge because of the issue that we had when we first arrived. There was water coming in our from another room. The receptionist that was there at checkout was nice and fast, unlike the one from check-in

When we got there, it took the receptionist over 30 mins to check my daughter in while I was outside waiting in the car. I walked inside to see why it was taking so long, she seen that I was bothered by the look on my face because i felt like she was giving my daughter a hard time purposely. She had sent her to the car for irrelevant info twice. She looked at me and smiled and said she's coming and started hurrying it along. Which took another 10 mins. This particular receptionist was annoying at check-in. We finally got to our room after a long drive, and our room had water coming in from another room. Someone left the water running in the room above ours. Wasn't the hotels fault, but it was an inconvenience because we had to move all our things again to another room. The next room was an upgrade, but the smell was horrible. Room 116, ugh. It smelled so bad of urine that I could not sleep. On top of the cleaning crew being super noisy really early in the mornings, cleaning the rooms.

I was quite surprised that the room was very clean and so was the parking lot. The receptionists were both helpful and efficient.

In a world where credit card numbers are stolen and sold, I was flabbergasted that the hotel policy requires the receptionist to make a copy of the guest's credit cards. It felt very uncomfortable, and I asked the receptionist not to make a copy since a $60 cash deposit policy was already in place.
