There were roaches all in the room. That why I graded so low. Otherwise, the staff was friendly. I was there 8 days, and not one day of my stay my room was clean. They could have come to do the bathroom. Talking about I need to pay extra. I took my sheet down at 10 to get a clean set. They didn't have any to give at the moment. The manager said that once they finish washing, she will bring them my room. The next thing I knew, it was 5 pm. and still no sheets. When down to check on. The manager said forgot to bring you some. But still no sheets. Then, they eventually gave me a wet sheet.. wow. Coming from Florida for vacation, my stay could have been better. Roaches my God

Everything is old. The shower did not work. Elevator was slow. The light bulbs on lamps was hanging off the sockets. The hallway smelled like Marijuana and cigarettes.

That Ms.Brany at the front desk was nice and kind and very helpful with all my needs she made my stay a pleasant experience and I will visit again. Thank you Ms. Brany.

This place was so bad, we didn't stay. We left. The property is run down, the room was filthy, there was hair and crumbs in our bed, the bed spread was spotted and stained. The hall ways are dark, there were holes punched in the walls. There was a sign on the refrigerator with the charges for everything in the room in case you you stole something. Upon check in, they charge a $100 deposit in case you damage the room. I expected higher quality rooms on this site.

The other customers were rude. There were roaches due to the trash other guest left sitting in the hallway. The room I had was nom smoking but clearly had been smoked in prior to my stay. The bathroom was filthy, bed was not clean, got bed big bites as a result. Couldn’t shower while there. Had to leave the stay early. Still haven’t received my $100 deposit which I was told would be immediately released and was told I’d not be given a full refund but only 1 day.

Elevator didn't work properly, the advertised breakfast consisted of instant oatmeal, granola bars, hot cocoa and coffee which you had to take back to your room as it was on a stand in the lobby. Had to ask more than once for the kitchen items.

Broken chairs with stains. Shower faucet coming apart and bathtub was clogged. Entry card would not work on vending machine room or the second time to enter room. Noisy exhaust in bathroom. Checked out within two hours and went to another hotel.

Phone was not working bathroom sink needed to be drain every time I brush my teeth sink filled up with water try to reach front desk phone not working
