Way too expensive for the stay. Breakfast sucked. You should pay me to stay there.

had a huge stain on my bed, fridge didn’t work in either room, tv sound didn’t work the first part of my stay, didn’t have towels

looks super clean, spacious, decor was nice. hair dryer didn’t work and was no coffee pot.

Great Location

The breakfast was satisfying. The location was easy enough along with restaurants to chose from was good as well. When I asked about my bill they had the answers.

As far as cleanliness the floors needed to be mopped better, we had black stuff on our feet and socks. There was sticky stuff on the night stand and dresser.

the lady who checked us in was so sweet & helpful. the man who checked us out was quick and friendly!

maid service came 3 times between 8:30-9:30a even with our dnd sign up. we were out late at Nashville and they came in our room all three times waking us up. which was crazy because the bed was the only thing clean about the room to begin with.

The front desk staff and housekeeping are great

It was a good price, the room looked nice, and the room was clean. I've stayed at much worse for the price we've paid. The room was a decent size, too, with a good size mini-fridge.

The room had a faint, bad odor, which smelled like cigarette smoke mixed with a dead animal. The smell was worst near the door but was faint towards the back of the room near the bathroom. Since we spent all of our time in the back of the room, the smell wasn't noticeable to me after a minute or so. I was hoping to change rooms, but the staff gave me some anti-odor spray instead, which didn't work.

convenient to interstate

bed was not clean. Ice machine not working on our floor. for the money the room just doesn’t look taken care of.

The first room we got placed in half the lights didn’t work. We also closed the bathroom door and it looked itself. Luckily we were able to switch rooms - to the 2nd floor and had to carry a cooler up a flight of stairs.

Very clean, nicely decorated. Pet friendly however no smells of DOG. Easy access to park in front of room.

Really enjoyed stay. Maybe more breakfast choices Would highly recommend.

I like where the property was located. it’s convenient to pretty much everything.

I booked my room on Tuesday, 1 King Suite due to my husband having to stay with his elderly father and me traveling for work I had to bring all of my food from Chattanooga to Murfreesboro (where his elderly dad resides) then go to Hartselle, Al where my residents is in the morning to pack and go back to Chattanooga on Sunday. When I arrived the front desk attendant told me they put me in a 2 queen room, I asked did she not have a non smoking king suite and they did so she put me in that room. Got to the room and the refrigerator doesn’t work and is nasty. So I’m just like okay we have one night left and we won’t see each other for two weeks, we will get some ice and make the best out of it. The ice machine is broke and also was charged more than was supposed to be. 125 dollars for a night of having to throw away my condiments and not have a cold beverage on the last night my husband and I are together for 2 weeks. I’m thinking about just taking my stuff and going home.

The staff was nice, but really wasn’t helpful.

The room was smelled like animal urine, stains on beds. Room were not up to par. The outside was full of spiders and webs. I was forced to stay at the hotel because I could not get a refund as the staff did not know how to do it and stated the manager/owner only knows how. Still waiting to get my money back.

parking is a little tight, the street is very busy, hard to get in and out
