Ice machine was out of order. Sink wouldn't drain. Not very clean.

When I booked I asked for ground level floor as I have a very hard time with stairs. There is no elevator. I even booked weeks in advanced.

Shower was great in the bathroom.

The people on our floor was really loud and up till really late. Also went down for the continental breakfast couldn't even get to the breakfast with all the football players and their bags. The bed wasn't very comfortable.

The two-bed room was crowded, even for one person. The stairs to and from the parking lot were inconvenient. Maybe place seniors on the 1st floor or install an elevator?

The front desk associate was rude on multiple occasions. Answered the phone while I was trying to check in and proceeded to book a reservation while I stood there and waited. I had come a few hours prior to see about an early check in. I had to stand and wait while she helped a woman figure out how to use her cell phone. With no acknowledgment of “I’ll be with you shortly” or anything. She didn’t even bother to TRY to get me a room early. We didn’t even stay at the hotel. Based on how empty the parking lot has been the whole week, I’m sure there was one ready. I needed the room for WiFi and a space for virtual work meetings while my daughter was showing at the fair. The room was not very clean in areas. Extra security lock was broken. I am well aware it’s not a super expensive hotel but kind and well trained staff, proper safety measures and clean rooms would still be nice.

Hotel needs a little updating, but my understanding is they are working on that. The lobby was extremely nice, and nothing was "bad" so I am sure they will continue to improve/update it.

the beds were uncomfortable, pillows were flat, and they had the pool closed. they were not able to recommend a place to eat breakfast in the area.

Breakfast was disappointing. Even Covid it could have been better. Also pool and hot tub were closed. I know accidents happen but traveling with kids.

Have this a little backwards. The service was excellent and the host very accomadating. There was a mix up in reservation which host fixed at no extra charge for pet, cots etc.

The shower head was disgusting! The hotel needs an update.

No breakfast because of Corona, seems like they are milking it at this point, and should consider lowering the price until they can meet all accommodations they claim. The rent out pool time to local residents so there were constantly loud small children in the pool, even at 9 am. The younger morning staff are unpleasant. If there was another hotel around I could have stayed at I would have, I think that's the only reason they stay in business.

No elevator, bad knee had to carry luggage up 30 steps , no ice machine on the 2nd floor. Toilet seat very low & toilet seat loose sliding when seated. Lights were not on when checking in but worked when I return later in the evening.
