No up to date USB ports for electronics! Electrical sockets coming out of the walls. Plaster crumbling away from the windows, the refrigerator breath harder than I did. Parking lot had more holes than Swiss cheese. Not close to anything.

Very clean and comfortable. Bathroom towels very nice. Excellent price, especially including breakfast (delicious waffles!) . Would stay here again. I also liked the little reminder signs around the property reminding guests to be respectful of other guests (such as with ice machine, etc.)

Excellent location to the Rockies. Easy check in, responsive staff to late arrival requests.

It is a bit pricey (I know, it is somewhat a Swiss/Austrian style resort area) and practically no options for breakfast (coffee, juice and waffels only). Small room with 3 tiny tables for breakfast for an entite hotel.

Would have been better if the clerk had given us the correct room. Cards would not open our room!!!

Everything else. Bed had a big swell in it that I could not roll out of. Mattress expired 5 years ago. Water damaged walls and trim. Do not stay there.

Drugs being used at the property. No help from overnight manager when called. Toxic strong smell all night with no explanation from manager (did not answer call until third call) was told “everything is fine”

Beds were relatively comfortable, and the rooms were decently spacious. I liked how there was a small fridge in the room. The room AC/heater worked well, and there was plenty of hot water. My room and the breakfast area were clean.

Check-in took much longer than necessary - I checked in after 10 pm, and there weren't any other guests in line ahead of me, but check-in took about 10 minutes. The wait was almost excruciating for my tired family in tow, carrying our luggage. (I used to work at the front desk of a hotel, so I know that check-in time can and really should take a couple minutes at most.) There is very little insulation from noise above, below, and through the doors of the hotel rooms. The hotel itself and the rooms are dated and in need of a refresh, but our room was clean. Breakfast was palatable, with store-bought yogurts, small pastries, basic cereal, and a mini waffle maker available. It served its purpose, and the breakfast area was clean and tidy, albeit very small. I feel like the price ($150+) per night was too high for the quality of the facility, and it just wasn't very good value. I stayed here out of desperation, as there was no vacancy elsewhere in Leadville on short notice.

The assistant manager was very helpful and professional. however i found the manager to be a little rude. I have stayed here at least 6 times this year. I always liked it. after her attitude i will be staying else where

This place felt super sketch. I didn't feel comfortable in the parking lot, or in the hotel unless the door to the room was completely locked. The walls in the rooms were paper thin so you felt like you were sleeping in the same room as everyone else in the hotel.... It was just not a great experience. I would not recommend staying here unless you absolutely need a place to sleep.

This location works fantastic for me. Reasonably close to the trails and parks I want to visit, yet far enough that the room rates are much more reasonable. The room was very clean and neat! The Manager worked with me to alter my reservation to accommodate a late change in plans. 👍

Very slippery ice in parking lot. Walking there took extra care.

Breakfast had waffles, cereal, yogurt, little cinnamon rolls, coffee, juice. Waffles were good, but only one waffle iron, so usually there was a wait.

At 5am, the "Assistant Manager ” warmed up his diesel pickup with loud pipes not six feet from my window. I mentioned it to him, not knowing it was his truck. He was apologetic and made excuses about not getting around to fixing his muffler. Never did he say he should have warmed his engine AWAY FROM GUEST ROOMS. Clueless as to putting the customer first.
