We had an absolute wonderful time at this place. Easy late check-in, very clean, comfortable beds, and hot water. We loved the small breakfast in the mornings before we went out to explore. Highly recommend!

Love the look of the hotel and the staff

The 9 pm curfew is a little early. You can hear right thru the walls. Cannot even play a game in your room with friends! People called and reported us for laughing in our room! Need to think about this is staying here!

This hotel is charming and beautiful. We stayed while visiting Salem which is a short uber ride. The town of Marblehead is lovely. The room was a perfect size and a comfy bed (loved the soft sheets!)

The walls are thin so recommend bringing ear plugs but think this is just par for the course with an older hotel. Or almost any hotel these days.

Breakfast was good be mindful it is small! But it definitely high quality! Location is perfect to walk places and go to Salem if you want to visit there as well!

no personal touches. very sterile. no character. breakfast was appalling - just fruit, cereal and some hard boiled eggs. not even bread or a toaster!!

We expected a charming old world style however interior is modern and minimalist. only chair in room was uncomfortable for sitting to read. no bottled water and our room was not made up for unknown reason. Breakfast was not adequate to advertise- cheap and disappointing.

A bit skimpy but what was offered was really good.

Shower head needs replacement , TV sound didn’t work.

Location

The bedding and some of the towels smelled like body odor. One of the workers had body odor. Breakfast was included but there was not much to eat, we had to go out to breakfast everyday. No worker on site overnight is a security issue. The cost did not reflect the quality, the hotel sucked.

It was not "breakfast" as advertised. It was a muffin, some mixed fruit, coffee and maybe yogurt which you picked up yourself. I don't call that breakfast. Muffin was made from a mix, tiny and sticky. What I liked was the bed which was comfortable and place was clean.

There was no place where you could make tea or coffee or find a bottle of water in the evening There was no staff around. There was no place in the room or bathroom to put anything down. I had to put my clothes on the floor or on the one chair but then I couldn't sit down. There was only one nightstand . Sheets were poly. For the price of the room, it could have been more luxurious. there were only 2 hangers. No one offered to help carry our bags to car and we are a quite old.

The exterior of the building was attractive. The bathroom was okay. The historic OLD TOWN of Marblehead (3 minute drive from the hotel) was dazzlingly beautiful!

Everything. The room was wildly overpriced. A small, dank, not-very-attractive room which should have cost $89-129 was $316 (without taxes). Rugs in the room were stained and ratty. No one was there when we arrived, staff or otherwise. No view. The room felt like a roadside motel on a big, fairly busy road. Really a huge disappointment.

Breakfast was good. We enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful place with excellent service and wonderful breakfast

attractive bedroom, staff was very nice.

bathroom ceiling leaked, shower was feeble, faucet was loose, wall near towel rack was patched with white tape. AC was very loud. We asked for special breakfast milk weeks ago, they confirmed the request, and they failed to get it.

We loved our room and the bed and pillows were amazing! The front manager was extremely helpful and friendly. We enjoyed our breakfast in the lobby. The downtown area of Marblehead was a great area to visit. Nice to stay away from the hustle of Boston and have free parking.
