Value of the room, smooth elevators, clean room, good choices for breakfast

No USB ports, microwave was ineffficient in heating food in breakfast area. Seemed like a long time to get checked in. TV seemed hard to manuever to channels of choice.

Nice room easy to get to, food within walking distance.

No fan in the bathroom and wish the water was hotter in the shower

I liked everything, but loved the jetted tub! It makes my Christmas every year.

Nothing here to not like! Am I to complain about a terrific stay? Should I whine about color palettes? I loved it. Will do this room every year!

requested a ground floor room on my reservation. Did not happen. Got an email later that said my request was granted. ?? Upon check out I made a point of telling the desk attendant that there was a hold in the sheet rock where someone had slammed the door into the wall. informed her that I was not responsible, just bringing it to her attention. Would have thought they would be aware of it prior to my comment.

The breakfast was very poor… not at all a “continental breakfast”!!!

The breakfast, cleanliness of the motel, shower curtain didn’t work..
