Good clean & contoble room,
The Toilet was so small, or small 0 to flosh, & and I never see the included breakfast?

Quiet, no frills hotel.

Room was small.
Hotel is sufficient if you don't plan to spend a lot of time in the room.

the desk clerk was extremely helpful in dealing with problems we had on our arrival. The room assigned had an unmade bed. She was able to switch us to a another room which was closer and very clean. when we found trouble with the television she was able to research the problem and fix it for us within minutes. We new the place was old and with few amenities but we got a good nights sleep in comfortable beds in a nice clean room.
The continental breakfast was simply coffee juice and packed sweets. that could have been improved with fresh milk, yogurt, and toast and butter.

There was nothing good to say about this place except that the staff was immediately willing to refund my stay. We had no choice but to stay, everything else was full and pouring rain.
The room was very dirty and run down. Toilet was clogged and we needed to move to a different room. Of the two offered rooms they both reeked of smoke and as she was showing me one of the rooms a bug scuttled across the bed! Cable did not work.

they harassed my partner and i. first they put us in a room where there was already someone in the room. secondly, the next day when i went into the office to talk about what happened, they were absolutely racist, rude, and would not accommodate for their mistake. i wouldn’t stay here again! there’s roaches and crackheads who try to offer you all types of drugs. if you book come during the day. they also told us they were calling the cops…again still lost as to why….

certainly needs an upgrade, stairways dirty, heater very noisy, no breakfast to speak of..sidewalks crumbling, couldn’t get extra pillows

The location was horrible, people hanging out in the streets. my door looked like it was kick in. On the bathroom mirror, it said every three days they wash your sheets because they’re saving money on detergent and water.
There was hardly hot water, worst place to stay. Thank god it was for 1 night Never Again

The front desk staff was very accommodating on the registration process when we arrived. The bed was very comfortable.
The "breakfast" was VERY limited. Although the coffee was hot, it was a weak blend ... as if it had been watered down. We requested a replacement for the broken ironing board in our room, but never received it.

there was bugs in the room and the front desk lady couldn’t care less. we had to drive an hour and a half home at 11 at night because there was no more rooms not like we wanted to stay after bugs everywhere

They were the only place around with it 70 miles with availability. Given the condition of the place I’m not surprised why!
The condition of the suite. Old. Stained. The couch and pillows were disgusting. They claim the suite sleeps 4. They had a nasty dirty cigarette burned 20+ year old disgusting couch for my children to sleep on but had no sheets, blankets or bed pillows for the open up couch. He asked if they could just use the dirty, faded, warped “decorative” couch pillows to which I answered no! The motel room did not look like the pictures on the internet. We immediately checked out and got a refund despite having no place to stay. Staying here was not an option! we drove all the way back home and cancelled our trip instead!

The location was very convenient
I was never given the choice of smoking or non smoking room. The room smelled awful, toilet made very loud noises when flushed. Arrived to shower dripping, never fully shut off. Comforter had burn holes in it. Found cobwebs on the bed frame.

Super comfortable beds, fridge, coffee maker and microwave in the room
Phone not working, decorative pillows should be discarded as they are not so decorative when they are shredded...
