didn’t like not knowing how to cancel room.

when we arrived and checked in the girl at the desk was very young. she maybe 17. Very unprofessional. Got to the room. Was sent around the back. Our room was almost above the front desk. When we opened the door, we were hit by a strong chemical smell. Turned on the TV. It didn’t work. The girl at the desk couldn’t fix it. She said the manager would be back soon. No TV. Our stay was 4 nights. Our room was NOT CLEANED any day. I would never stay there again!!! All the employees I saw were under 19 years old. Not impressed!!!!!

The location was good, close to good restaurants, good parking

Breakfast could have been more fresh. Rooms were not as nice as what was pictured on the website.

The king bed was very comfortable

Stale smoke smell in the room. Shortage of staff delayed guests from getting into their rooms in a timely manner. The young man at the front desk bent over backwards to accomodate. I didn't get his name, but he should get a raise!!

The price was ok for summer in lake country. Breakfast had a good variety of items. Bed and pillows were comfortable.

There was a musty smell in the room that got worse when the air conditioner was running. Also the air conditioner was quite loud and kept us awake so we needed to turn it off during the night.

Exceptional. There was a good variety of foods, including a perfect boiled egg for morning protein.
