The room was nice and clean
I was having issues with the tv and remote. The neighbors were to loud and was smoking. There was an issue with the bathtub the caulking underneath there was water leaking from under the tub unit.

It was a nice facility, and the restaurant was very good. The only negative was even though I asked for housekeeping every day they never came once in five nights.

The pillows and bed were extremely comfortable, great customer service, all the employees were extremely friendly and accommodating, the food at the restaurant was delicious, and everything was very clean.
I had a fall on the pool area, (while looking for a towel) there were no towels anywhere. :(

not much that can be done but it’s a long walk from the parking lot to the front desk with multiple bags and suitcases

The hotel was clean and bright; lots of sitting areas that were comfortable and conducive to conversation; bar was bright and comfortable- large selection of beers, wines, and shelf drinks; the restaurant was reasonably priced with a vast menu;

It was a reasonably comfortable and convenient place for a stopover
The food options in the hotel were either sports bar or semi-fancy restaurant. And nearby it was all pizza all the time. Also, they did not immediately find my reservation at check-in, and the rate charged was higher than the confirmed rate on my Booking reservation. They were able to correct the mistake, but it was clear that they were not handling Booking reservations well.

I liked the pool and the staff at the time out restaurant.
I wasn't able to adjust the temperature on the AC unit and it was a hot day! So it was a little warm and stuffy in our room.
