The hotel is just on the edge of the Historic downtown area. We had chosen it because of its location to the Event we had come to attend. Didn’t make breakfast the first day but did the second, it was awesome.

Only complaint I can offer: Day we arrived room was a little warm but didn’t think anything of it. Next day we had walked the city and came back to freshen up for dinner, room was really hot then. Maintenance came up to check AC, found that a previous guest had closed most of the vents in the room. AC worked great when air was able to make into the room.

The room was nice.

I would prefer that you could get the price of the room reduced and pay for breakfast and drinks on your own. My husband and I don't drink so the happy hour was not used by us.

Room was great. Most everything was within walking distance. Really enjoyed our stay.

Location is really good. Within a short walk to the downtown area you have restaurants, shops, the river all within a short walk. The hotel is a little dated but I found it to be very clean. The breakfast look very good but I just needed coffee.

The breakfast area was good.

The hotel was musty, floors in bedroom sticky, shower curtain torn/damaged. The carpet in the halls was old and musty. Strong odor of mildew.

The lady that check us in had a nasty attitude when we checked in and checked out.

Excellent location

There is a happy hour every day, which they say that it consists of 2 free cocktails and some chips: we’ve got one and no chips. We had a reservation for 3, but found that there was nothing prepared for our child (no linen, no bed prepared), breakfast is good, but tables are quite dirty, there is hardly anybody cleaning around during breakfast. There was a microwave, and a kitchenette, but no cutlery.

The staff was extremely nice and welcoming . I really enjoyed the nightly mixers that included two free drinks with your stay. The property is located conveniently around many restaurants and close to shopping.

The fact that I was a guest and still head to pay for parking.

Out of the three most of the time only one elevator was working, so had to wait long each time

We have a 3 months old baby and when we wake up one of big bedbugs was on my baby i was terrible andi feel really bad...

The staff were all so friendly! And the location was great to walk to the river area and other parts of the city. We appreciated the buffet breakfast and also the complimentary happy hour each night!

We were charged for 4 nights rather than 3 for an unknown reason but it was corrected by the manager.

Noisy pipes in bathroom and rowdy noisy guests in early mornings.. no real restful sleep!!!!

Staff where indifferent..we paid maid to come in and clean.. she made up one of the two beds left the other😞Room was still messy after she came and went!!
