The staff were amazing and kind , worked to accommodate our requests. Our second room on the 5th floor was comfy and quiet.
Our initial room was noisy (could hear the guest above us all night). The room was stinky and the carpet was wet due to a recent carpet clean. Overall the hotel is a little worn out and could use refreshed finishes, flooring, painting, etc.

Our entire stay, the key cards were not working to the rooms and the staff had to escort you to your room anytime you needed to go in. They never complained and were very friendly.
Food options were not the best at the hotel.

The staff were kind and helpful and the location is perfect for us.
There was no shampoo, conditioner or body wash in the bath shower bottles. There was also no way for my daughters to wash their hands with the tall sink so they used the tub since we stayed a week.

Clean facilities with a great location for what we needed. Close to the airport. Close to our family in the area. Close to restaurants.
They do not have a restaurant on location for breakfast, just Starbucks.

Everything good for the most part.
Check in was not the friendliest and was unnecessarily challenging. I had to ask questions rather then be informed and the process was challenging like we were not really wanted there.
