close to ski lift

needed a bit of an upgrade

the unit was ok. the bathroom is very small. Would of liked a screen on the sliding door.

When we turn to the condo The night of the 30 th. our keys did not work. we called the office and then was given another number to call the office was closed. The person who answered said he was close and would come. After about 10 minutes he called and said he did not have a key to open our door. He would call someone else. The only place to sit was in the stairwell, that was not heated. After a 45 minute wait the second gentleman arrived with a key. He was unable to give us a key that worked so in the morning we had to prop open the door to move our luggage to our car. The person. who checked us in incorrectly had us checking out on the 30th not the 31st. Our room number was 134 thinking it was on the first floor. No it was 100 building on the 3rd floor. So it was a 3.5 flight of strairs to the 3rd floor. After we moved our luggage to the room we found out there was a shorter way to get to our room. Only 1.5 flights of stairs. We are in our late 60's and that would of been information to receive upon check in. When we check out we were told they would of helped move our luggage. That was never offered.

It was a little dirty When we arrive found dirty socks in a drawer

Close to lifts.

Door keys did not work when arrived at the room and had to go get new keys made at different building. Bottom floor entry door would slam so hard it would shake the apartment on the third floor.
