Size of room for the price exceeded our expectations. Will book again. Highly recommended.

We arrived very late & desk clerk was not friendly @ check-in. However ALL others throughout our stay were wonderful.

Location. Easy access. Beautiful view.

The staff forced us to attend the 1.5 hours introduction seminars and tour even they know we have only 2 nights and 1 full day for our birthday vacation. We just wanted our keys to our room since we traveled 7 hours, and we were tired. So we said yes after 20 minutes of what we will go through the next day just to get our keys so we could rest. The seminar lasted 4 hours and would not take “NO” for an answer even we already stated we don't want Timeshare at the beginning. They just wasted our 4 hours. Its our fault too, for just being so nice and not so rude. Lesson Learned. I don't know if I would like to book on this site again after what we go through on our short vacation.

Unit was disgusting. Floor was sticky and left the bottom Of our feet black. Hair all over the bathroom and in the shower. Hair and dirt built up along the baseboards and Used rags Were left in the bathroom. The bed was so hard we went to Walmart that night to buy a memory foam pad.just gross

Location to the beach. View of the ocean. Large suite.

Rooms were dated. Rooms were permanently dirty/grungy. Smelled of stale smoke regardless of air fresheners that we brought into the room. Neighbors constantly smoking on balcony. BADLY IN NEED OF UPDATING.
