Location

Food was left in the refrigerator from guests staying before us. There were ants in our room and the shower/ bath water did not fully turn off. Water dripped the entire time.

Staff was friendly.

Floor had so much crumbs and dirt. Sheets had paint stains. Lamp didn’t work. Sink filled and took a while to drain. Many cords on multi use cords seemed dangerous. Woke up with bed bug bites.

The property was conveniently located 10 min from downtown, and had parking that could access a large tradesmen van.

It was a little worn and in need of repair, but that was circumvented by a helpful friendly staff. If you need a quiet safe place to pass the night, this is a reasonably priced option. It’s not a place you would go and hang out, but for what it is, it suited my needs perfectly.

Breakfast was okay. Exercise room was good but for broken tv and clock. Entire property is very worn. I think it needs to be torn down and replaced.

The woman who’s worked the desk was the nicest worker I have ever met. She was pleasant and friendly, charming and kind. Thank you for making the stay much better

The hotel is older and in need of some major TLC. It was clean which is what we were concerned with. For the price of the night, it was worth it.

Went into the room the floors were nasty and dirty with crumbs on them, the bath tub was full of water, the linens didn't look or feel fresh, refrigerator was leaking. Spoke to the attending person stating the room needs to be swept and clean, but they only did a partial job; if I could have gotten my money back I would have left that place. I'm currently in the process of writing a letter to the general manager, board of health, and blast on media with the pictures I took of how nasty and dirty the place was and DO NOT support.

The location and the price...but then again, you get what you pay for.

Where do I start? I get hotels are in business to make money but I can say we would never stay here again. The staff was fine as was ths location, but talk about seedy. As soon as you get out of the vehicle you smell the marijuana. The rooms are supposed to be non smoking but some of the guests basically did what they wanted in the doorways. The rooms were not great..the AC sounded like an airplane taking off, you hear everything including all the doors slam, the beds are like a slab of rock and forget quality tv. So let's not even discuss the "extra business" that was clearly being run out of one of the rooms...which made the second floor like a red light district. Can't believe management wasn't aware or just doesn't care. Needless to say, I would not be interested in anything this hotel had to offer.

This is a motel with a pool. The bed was comfy, the room clean, the shower was good and you could make your own tea and coffee. The breakfast was fairly utilitarian. What made the stay for us was Jackie, who we met on reception. She is someone we will remember for years because she was so kind, helpful and absolutely lovely. PS: visit the Delaware art museum, it’s unexpectedly really good. You can get to this hotel on the bus from town, and there are some big chain places to eat nearby, which you can easily walk to.

Breakfast was awful, no privacy, people were partying in front of our room. They bumped against our door, and being obnoxious well past midnight. I won't be staying again

trashy. the parking lot and building was disgusting. toilet had brown stains. dirty sheets. tv only got 8 channels. walls were disgusting. the room had the nastiest dead body odor. omggggg. bull doze this hotel immediately
