The room was clean, it was very comfortable. It was very quiet which helped us sleep better. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

we kept the light in the bathroom when we slept, but the mirror reflexes the light to the person who slept on the window side.

You could hear every little thing. I gave my towels to the housekeeper and asked for more and 2 trash bags, they said ok, I never got them. My family and I left for the day and looked to see if we got towels and trash bags, as I had called the front desk in the morning before we left and they said they would let housekeeper know, we had no towels or trash bags. I called the front desk and they were awesome and got the towels and trash bags right away

Good but because of regional tournaments in town food very picked over.

No one checking the floors, lot of parting and some one had barking crying dogs across the hall from us while they went to party in another room!

there were a group of hockey kids and families that were literally screaming, running, jumping and slamming doors in the 3rd floor until 2am. Staff did nothing to stop it.
