The set up of the suite. It was nice having a private area and a family gathering area as well.

The toilet area in the bathroom was dark. There was nowhere to set your personal items while bathing other than the floor.

Staff were unfriendly upon check in and did not even speak to us upon check out. Cleaning people came in the room but did not clean anything. They also did not leave more coffee packets. The breakfast was terrible. Coffee from what looked like a hospital coffee machine and a package of 4 small muffins. COVID is over and you have to pay just as much for a hotel room so not giving breakfast seems greedy and wrong. Would not stay here again.

I liked the separate rooms so my children could have their own space and my boyfriend and I had privacy. The view from the window was really nice.

The bathroom was a little small and outdated. There was no breakfast. The lady at the desk was not rude but definitely not friendly.

I loved the view of the river. The bed was comfortable & room was clean. Grounds felt safe and was convenient to surrounding attractions. Location was easy on/off main hwy. Lia, front desk staff was friendly & helpful.

The only one minor issue was the two mismatched dirty plastic outdoor chairs on the balcony. They need to be replaced. They are cheap dirty plastic, but I would stay here again. Parking lot was well lit & felt safe.

it was quiet and peaceful. the staff was very friendly, we checked in super late arriving after midnight and called ahead of time to let them know. I was later than I originally told them due to traffic and they never once complained, the gentlemen was super nice and polite. We spoke to the maintenance man a couple times from our balcony as he was working on something and feeding the stray cat and he was a super nice man too! rooms were clean, not perfect (such as outlet sockets were worn out hard to get anything to stay plugged up) but the beds were comfy, balcony was nice, bathroom was clean and we were provided fresh towels both days and trash changed in room while we were out and about. I am very happy with our affordable and great stay here and we will be back!

no hot breakfast, but they did provide juices and bags of muffins which was good enough for my child so I’m not complaining. I know things have changed since Covid.

My favorite aspect was the split bedroom layout with doors in between each bedroom that allowed for total quiet in the balcony facing bedroom. The room was clean, spacious, and functional and had a pretty view of the water off the balcony. I was very happy.

The motel claimed it offered breakfast when it did not. They only offered prepackaged Little Debbie mini muffins and coffee. At this price point, it's understandable that it isn't included but misleading customers is bad business.

loved the big room with a wall and door between the two queen beds. loved the river view balcony. so quiet and peaceful. felt safe.

The pool was well taken care of and clean. Our room was clean and spacious. We appreciated the great rates as well.

The carpet on the floor is so thick that the outside door will not shut unless you forcefully pull the door shut. We stayed in room 308. This wouldn't have been an issue, but one of the members of our party didn't realize the door wouldn't just shut behind him and our room door was wide open while another family member was asleep in the second bedroom. Yes, he should have made sure the door was secure-not taking away from that. It just was not an easy door to close which having a special needs child who is a runner, this could have been a worse issue.

found multiple dead bugs along with a live bug on the bed. upon taking keys down to check out clerk did not seem concerned when I told her what we found.
