We kwamen iets voor 3.00 pm aan maar moesten wachten omdat volgens de regels na 3.00 pm ingecheckt kan worden ok geen probleem we zijn het stadje even ingeweest iets later weer terug ingecheckt bleek het bedrag wat via boeking.com geboekt was ineens hoger te zijn zeer vreemd toen op de kamer aangekomen alles zag er redelijk uit toch maar even op de creditcard afschrift online gekeken bleek er nog 3x extra een bedrag te zijn gereserveetd weer terug naar de balie uitgelegd maar deden net of dat normaal was dit had ik nog meegemaakt en toch zeer veel overnachtingen gehad afgelopen 20 jaar in amerika normaal wordt er bij de balie overlegd als ze een reservering doen voor als er iets kapot gaat .
Personeel niet vriendelijk alles koste zeer veel moeite ontbijt volgende morgen niet goed koffie op dat is toch wel minimaal wat je verwacht toen zijn we naar de overkant vd weg gegaan voor ontbijt bij de mc donalds perfect dit was de 1e keer dat we bij een days inn geboekt hadden maar niet meer voor ons de test vd boekingen die we hebben gedaan via boeking.com bij days inn heb ik gecanceld.

Horrible place to stay ! Room was very dirty and old . Didn’t smell good , wall dirty with marks all over.
Around the frame of the door had large cracks where you could see outside ( light coming through )
Pulled the covers back to see if they were clean and we found soiled spots of blood the size of a quarter !! The sheets were never washed ! This was not a stains !!
We were so disgusted we couldn’t stay in the room ! At this point I didn’t care about loosing $$ for the rental ! We got out !
Went to a very clean hotel right next door for the same cost !

Had grass for the dogs.
Dirty walls, there was an unused diaper next to one of the nightstands. The smoke detector was ripped off the ceiling and hanging.

night time clerk tried to run my virtual card when I already paid for the room online and couldn’t get the system to check me in. when I asked her what was we gonna do to correct the problem she shrugged her shoulders and said there was nothing she could do and accused me of calling her a Hoe! another customer that was standing there told her he didn’t hear me say that. she was still accusing me but then checked me in. the assistant Manager in the morning was very understanding and respectful and told me she took care of the problem.

This is a nice basic hotel that serves a complimentary breakfast. The food choices were plentiful. There was a mix of hot items and cold items. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is easy to find and is adjacent to several fast-food restaurants. Great parking as you are able to park right in front of your room.
For what I paid I was completely satisfied.

close to the highway, not hard to find
First of all there was no parking because someone with a trailer decided they needed 5 parking spots instead of pulling the trailer up along the curb outside the lot. Bathroom wasn’t very clean. hair visible in places. toothpaste residue evident on the granite counter, but only if you saw it in a certain light. Breakfast was lousy - no eggs by 8:40am, no refresh available but prob for the best considering the visibly soiled bath towel the (maybe) clean dishes were drying on in the prep kitchen. gross. kind of glad I didn’t eat breakfast there to be honest.

The fact that I can stay on the bottom floor and I can bring my emotional support dog at no charge.
The rooms are clean and always ready .
The room could use a little sprucing up. A little paint goes a long way.
Attention to detail would be nice too,but for the price it's good..

We were passing through & needed a place to sleep for the night. The location was easy to go to. The room was clean.
The staff should be more friendly. Her family was sitting there in the lobby area and was not so welcoming or friendly.

Wife and I were on an auto trip back to the Austin area. We have stopped here 2 or 3 times. It’s a pet friendly place and we have our dog with us. We know what to expect.

It was all I expected. Staff was friendly and helpful. Will stay there again if I go back.
