Spacious room, nice pool, great breakfast. Accommodating staff.

The room had a great layout and breakfast was better than expected ☺️.

My TV didn't come in the first day but it did the second.

Service was good and staff was very friendly.

Would be nice if the beds were bigger rather than using a pull out mattress from couch.

The best thing about the room was the comfortable king size bed. Staff was nice.

Bathroom smelled like someone had thrown up in there, and the smell never went away. Walls were very thin and our neighbors kept blasting their awful music until 3am. Our "upgraded" room was literally right across from the elevator, so we probably had the noisiest room on the floor. The sound of traffic was blaring into our room all night long, and we were all the way up on the 6th floor. Can't even imagine what it's like on the lower levels. Got to breakfast at 9am on Sunday and there was almost nothing left. There are plenty of better hotels in this area for the same cost. I do not recommend this hotel.

Very nice for the price. Room was good size.

I wasn't supposed to be charged for the room until my stay. But I was charged 2-3 weeks ago. So that to me felt like wrongful service.

I liked that there was enough room for my family and it was located in a convenient area.

My card was used twice for incidentals,once on Thursday and again on Saturday when we extended our stay. I have not received one of those returns as yet for my incidentals and would really like to get in contact with the hotel for this.

Great breakfast and comfortable rooms. Very clean and near a ton of things in Plano and N Dallas. Staff very nice.

Outlets in the rooms could use an update - several not working and truly could use more usb ports.
