It was clean and reasonable price

The room was clean and nice, comfortable beds with plenty of pillows and blankets. The heater worked perfectly.

The TV remote was difficult to work. The buttons were not sensitive enough so you needed to pound frequently on the buttons. I also asked for some decaf coffee and was told they didn't carry it or tea. Vending machines were lackingand no breakfast.

Bed sheets were dirty and torn. Door wouldn’t fully close and allowed a draft to come in. Floor was dirty, and curtains were as well.

When I arrived the receptionist, was speaking on the phone. He never greeted me, just kept on talking on the phone the whole time. He slid a form across to me with another guests information on it. I told him this was not me as I am obviously not a man. He then grabbed the form and threw a different one at me. I had previously requested a ground floor room, when I mentioned this he became furious and said I could go somewhere else, as he did not have any other rooms. This was at 11pm. I wish I could have gone somewhere else. The condition of the room was horrible. Worn out carpeting, old sunken mattress, lumpy pillow and only one thin blanket. It was also cold and rainy that night.. There are lots of hotels in this same area, some less expensive. Whatever you book it cannot be worse than this place. Be warned!

Nice layout, comfortable room

Fridge was iced over, could not use freezer, had to defrost it myself. Unfortunately, we had very noisy upstairs neighbors. Clomping around till late.

The location was close to my son’s house.

The property is run down. The stove was damaged and just left there. The bathroom door was damaged - water or dogs. Many electrical plugs no most did not work.

I reserved a room at the Marin Inn & Suites. I’d never stayed there before. It was supposed to be a balcony with a kitchenette. It didn’t say that there was no “balcony”( a little porch”), and that there was no elevator. I had to carry my luggage & bags down 3 flights of stairs to a cigarette-smelling room! it was poorly lit and very depressing looking. It wasn’t at all what I’d ever stayed in before! I went to the office to tell them the issues I had, and they were very uncaring. I asked for another room and they said they booked. I asked for a refund and they declined. I’ve never had an experience like this! 👎👎👎

It was apartment look with balcony. Kitchen stocked and clean. The room was nice though I'll go back.
