Clean, quiet and private. Large comfy rooms. Did not hear a soul the whole time.

The rooms are older but clean.

The check-in process needs improvement. Guests must wait until exactly 3 pm to check-in, even if the room is readily available or pay $50 for early check-in. If they would have immediately checked me in at 3 pm, I wouldn’t have an issue with this; however, since there was a line of guests all trying to check-in at exactly 3 pm, I was in line for 28 minutes! So technically although checkin was 3 pm, I was checked in until 3:30 pm. Most hotels have some flexibility with their check-in hours, not only as a courtesy to guests but also to avoid long waiting periods for guests to check-in. When I initially arrived I only saw one employee checking guests in but eventually a second employee assisted. If you’re on a tight schedule and can’t wait until after 3:30 pm to check-in, don’t stay here. The front desk staff was ok, provided the service that was required but didn’t go above and beyond to welcome guests. The hotel itself is old and the bed wasn’t very comfortable but at least it was clean. Although the hotel itself is ok, I won’t return to this hotel due to their check-in policy.

Wifi, really needs to be upgraded. It barely even works. Can not access a single site. It worth to even try to use.
