The room had roaches, toilet didn’t flush right.

Smelly and air conditioning did not work. They replaced and still didn’t work. We left and got another room somewhere else

The absolutely worst place I have seen , 87.00 I paid for 15 minutes. There was nothing to like. Thinking about calling BBB

I love the locations and the staff was pretty decent
Place needs more pillows and the mattresses were hard the price was a bit high for what they offered I would expect to pay around $75 a night for that place also $20 for the pet fee was not horrible however it should be a deposit not a fee has my dog was very good had no messes does not chew and we felt as though it wasn't unnecessary charge and they don't recognize emotional support animals

Knocking on my door at 10am asking if I was going to stay again. Checkout is 11am.

it really needs to be updated. everything is so old right down to the towels . All the furniture and beds and linens are stained and theirs no mattress protecter. Their were roaches crawling around and the heat wasn’t working at all. We woke up to 35 degree weather outside so it did get cold inside the room. the best thing about the room is the hot shower!

very old, I could see that they’ve tried to update rooms and were clean but our toilet was old and rocked and the outside of motel looks very awful

The room was dirty, no linen on a bed. Faucet does not work properly. Windows without glass.

The room was gorgeous 😍 and newly renovated. And the lady working the counter sorry I didn't catch her name was so precious! So a SPECIAL SHOUT OUT to her!
I was concerned at first because the neighborhood didn't seem that great then again I didn't get there till really late. BUT BUT BUT BUT it wasn't that bad!

carpet was new and the room did have good cable channels and the wifi was sufficient. staff did clean our room after our first night, which was unexpected
No coffee maker, no fridge in room. sheets were clean but did have holes from possible cigarette burns in the past.

Smelled stale and musty. Bathroom door wouldn't latch. Scratches on all doors. Burn spots in bedspreads. Filthy carpet.
