The hotel is older and you can tell they have done some repairs, the carpet in the hallway is nasty the doors to the room could use a good coat of paint. The breakfast was microwave stuff. Room was very bare. Only had 1 night stand between the beds. The last night we stayed (we only stayed Friday and Saturday) the vent in the bathroom started leaking. The vent was over our toilet. (I found out the hard way). I noticed it was when the upstairs flushed their toilet. I did not complain that night, it was late and I didn’t realize it was sewer till the next morning when it had leaked throughout the night hitting the toilet seat and in the bowl. The water was brown. When we went down to speak to someone (615am) we were told that the manager would be in at 7am. We were told we could call since I was ready to get out of there. I had to clean up the bathroom before my daughter could use it. I called about 8:30am was told the manager went on a walk and he would be back at some point!! I called again this time it was around 11am and was told the manager just left and since it was Sunday, the man on the phone said he wasn’t sure if the manager was coming back. There was a different story each time I called. This man ask me what my problem was. I told him about the leak and that was nasty. He made up some excuse and told me I could call back Monday and hopefully the manager would be there. I called still no manager to talk too by this time Im tired of the run around. Needless to say I still have NOT got to talk to a manager and I waited to write this review to see what the outcome was going to be. A few dollars off would have been ok, but not avoiding customers who have a valid reason to complain. Will not be staying here again.

A/C in room not on room temperature was hot and musty; refrigerator was not plugged in and the inside had water in it and a musty odor. Excuse given was that they were remodeling.

Really and truly the only thing that was enjoyable about the hotel was the staff they were so nice. I also liked the pillows they were pretty comfortable. The location was pretty convenient since it's right next to a gas station so if you need anything you can go to the store, but the issue is that the doors in the front for some reason are locked at a certain time.

The hotel looked nothing like the pictures that I was expecting it to look like. Yes there was a sign that said to be pardoned for the renovations that were going on, however at the very least the staff could have definitely put someone to clean the halls, I only saw one guy in the stair case out of all places with vacuum but for sure he did not get very far. The doors were taped up, the stairs sometimes were kept together with duct tape which was questionable. As for the room it was just missing a lot of the amenities that you typically would not think that would not work or be there. We had one trash can for the entire room and the only one that was there was for the restroom. Then at first we thought that the remote was not working in the room to change the channels, but no apparently they had bolted the boxes for the cable BEHIND the dresser which also could not be moved so the only way that we could use the tv was to hold our arm behind the dresser to change the channel. The pool was completely dark and they cemented over the hot tub and the pool looked like it had not been cleaned for awhile. I really would say that the price of the room was definitely not worth it I'm sure the Motel 6 would have been way better.

Great location, friendly staff

The place was filthy, I understand there may have been construction going on... but the entire weekend the halls were DIRTY and had a smell.. (I didn't see construction workers, I am assuming they were having some construction)
