It was clean, not noisy and a free parking lot. There is a fan in the room and a coffee vending machine.

No air conditioning.

Das Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, anstandslos sauber und groß. Bad war ebenfalls sauber, Dusche hatte guten Wasserdruck. Die Gemeinschafts-Küche habe ich nicht genutzt, aber sicherlich für manche praktisch.

Leider sind scheinbar wegen Brandschutzvorgaben Lüftungsbohrungen in den Zimmern (in meinem Fall zur Straßenseite) vorhanden. Der Straßenlärm der Hauptstraße (50er oder 70er Zone mit LKW) überträgt sich gefühlt nahtlos in das Zimmer. Das war leider sehr laut. Mit Gehörschutz Ohrstöpseln war das Problem aber behoben, so konnte ich den Aufenthalt dennoch genießen.

The location was excellent for my work purposes. Other than that, not happy. The description given on Booking was misleading, however the owner did state that this was due to Booking.com's limited input questions, causing the indescrepencies. It had been renovated so looked nice. It had a nice dining table and a good sized TV. Once I complained about the cleanliness etc, they did send someone to clean and provide new sponges, and clean tea towels.

According to the description, there were 2 SEPERATE bedrooms. This was not in fact correct. I booked this for a work trip so having 2 separate bedrooms was necessary for privacy at night between myself and my employee. In fact, it was a 2 room apartment, 1 room with the dining table, kitchenette, 2 single beds and 1 separate TINY bedroom with another tiny bed. 2 of the beds were in the main room - which is definitely NOT a separate bedroom, so only 1 separate bedroom was really available. Had this been correctly stipulated, I would have booked somewhere else, as I wanted to have a sitting room - not beds in the main room. Also there were only single beds, which were hard, small and uncomfortable. The rooms were extremely loud, we could hear the other guests distinctively. It was not suitably clean. There were not even clean tea towels or new sponges in the kitchen and we washed the glasses, plates and cutlery again when we arrived - using paper towels as the sponges left were nothing short of revolting. A notice was present to instruct guests to clean up in the kitchen - so we assumed this was not cleaned like the rest of the apartment.

Nice location and easy self check-in so it doesn’t really matter at what time you arrive. Furthermore, the rooms are specious and clean.
