The breakfast was good but I didn't like that I had to pay for the breakfast when I was paying for my room and I lived there for 2 months but it was awesome that if I didn't have enough for breakfast they would let me eat and pay later

Just that I had to pay for breakfast after I was staying there for 2 months when it should have been free

it was very clean outside

at the time of our booking it was not a front desk person, so I had to walk across the lot to the sister property to check in, not a big deal

Our experience is so nice and comfortable,the room is so neat, the bathroom is so clean and very affordable the parking is so convenient right infront of the room. Overall,I guarantee 💯 to recommend this place.

THEY CONTROL THE AIR CONDITIONER ALL THE NIGHT,.THE AIR CONDITIONER ON FOR 5 MINUTES THEM TURN OFF FOR 10 MINUTES,AND THEM AGAIN AGAIN AGAIN ALL THE NIGHT, YOU PAID FOR A ROOM ALMOST $200 FOR 1 NIGHT,AND THE CONTROL THE AIR CONDITIONER..MY FAMILY AND I, DOESN'T HAVE OXIGEN..MANY NOISES AT THE ROOM IN THE SECOND FLOOR..THE WORST EXPERIENCE WE HAVE..DO NOT STAY IN THIS HOTEL..IM WARNING YOU.

liked the flooring, for we had r dog with us liked that there was no carpeting in the main walking area and that there was enough room for a dogs bed.

Great free continental breakfast. Much more food than you usually get at these. Clean rooms and courteous staff.

Everything was fine

Hotel was close to Hershey, staff was friendly and professional. Room was comfortable, beds were clean, plenty of parking.

The staff was very friendly

The walls were so thin, we were woken up numerous times by people talking outside. The air fan wouldn't stay on continuously and it got hot in between running times. The shower got hot on the cold and cold on hot, the fridge vibrated and kept us up all night, the bed was very uncomfortable and the coffee ran out and no one brewed more in the morning. I paid over $250 for something not worth $100.

This hotel was 10 min drive from Hershey park. Plenty of Parking spots that are close to the room. Clean room. pleasant staff. The lobby at Red Roof is closed and we had to use the lobby at best Western but that was not a problem for me because there was free coffee and tea offered at Best Western lobby.

The second floor hallway felt a bit creepy at night I didn't feel safe walking alone. There are cameras everywhere though.

great location , room was spacious, bathroom was nice, Ice machine was excellent.

Having a vending machine would help.
