I cannot say what we liked and I cannot possibly review the property (pictures made it look great) because we never made it to the place. We tried unsuccessfully to find the booking for 3 hours on the scheduled night of our arrival. The booking.com website has no way to contact customer service by phone, only by chat using confirmation # which we did not have. It was not the owners' fault, but apparently that of booking.com.
I could find no confirmation of the reservation in either of my email accounts. It was not until the owner contacted me by text, because we had not arrived by 9 p.m., that we got communication and a contact name & address. By then it was too late and we had to look elsewhere for accommodations. The owner was very understanding, she apologized and even courteously offered to let us stay free some other time, but...

My wife and I were well taken care of at South Broadway Manor . The chef treated us to some beautiful scratch made breakfasts both days of our visit. The grounds were beautiful. The house was exquisite and the rooms were very comfortable. Pat Hill is a wonderful host.

Amazing old house, a living museum - yet very comfortable, good bed and bath. And best of all: warm and friendly staff, our host went out of his way to serve an early full breakfast. A real gem!

South Broadway Manor was absolutely beautiful, full of history and one of a kind antiques. Our host, Pat, was kind enough to provide us with the vast history of the previous family who built and owned the home for almost a century and how she and her brother developed it into a B&B. The breakfast was excellent. It was a nice, relaxing get-away.

A lovely experience. Pat is a gracious and generous host who made us feel like we’d been friends for a long time. The house is a beautifully decorated Gilded Age mansion, and the sumptuous breakfasts were beyond belief. We were sad to leave and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a clean, quiet, and wonderful getaway in an elegant and charming environment.

We were very impressed with the period decor and furnishings of the home and dining area. The breakfast was delicious and the host was very welcoming and knowledgeable about the history of the home and the city and surrounding area. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely return.
Our particular room could do with some editing - felt a bit tight for space. We noticed our room was comparatively smaller than the others. It did have a kitchenette and laundry that we did not require and would opt for another room on our next visit.

We had an amazing romantic birthday weekend! Pat was amazing host.The manor was beautiful, taking a trip back in time, authentic decorations with a back story. Nothing to complain only that we wish we had more time! Pat thank you for everything!!😉

I never wrote a review before but this experience inspired me to write this. it was perfect in every way, clean, cared for, grand, comfortable, unique, beautiful

Scottdale Manor is lovely property. Thirty minutes from Frank Lloyd Wright’s masterpiece, Fallingwater. The owner, Pat, has filled this 1910 mansion with both curiosities and artifacts. She loves the house and knows the history of the region. The chef prepared plated breakfast is 4-Star. A true delight.
What’s not here is why you come here. And as anyone who travels these days knows, “Dinning out” is more “Driving through.”

Lovely home.Best breakfast by our host Mark.Our studio room had nice amenities. Little kitchen, apartment size washer/ dryer was really handy for us to use. The house is really quite lovely. Owner Pat very personable. Would stay here if in the area again.
Thinking perhaps the mattress needs replacing in the near future. The room was a little smaller in size than we anticipated.Lots of amenities in it,but rather tight to move about in with a large suitcase in room,and we were sharing a suit case.
