L'hôtel est bien situé , et malgré la proximité du ring , il n'y a pas de bruit dans la chambre . Le parking souterrain est un + et est sécurisant avec des vélos sur la voiture . Le design de la déco est sympa. Quelques bons produits au pt déj comme du saumon , des fruits frais ou des oeufs au lard .

Personne à la réception après 12.00 , je n'avais jamais connu ça ! Certes , un courrier avec les clefs étaient à notre disposition , mais j'aurais voulu parler au personnel pour des infos sur les restaurants et autres infos locales et les modalités d'accès au garage . L'ascenseur , très lent et encombré le matin nous fait patienter pour rejoindre le garage . Je n'ai pas trouvé l'escalier pour y accéder ? Il y a dans la chambre un canapé , ( inutile ) et très sale , avec des taches suspectes sur le tissus ! le gros problème est le pt déjeuner , et sa gestion étrange . Pourquoi placer la plupart des tables les unes contre les autres , style cantine , et ne pas les espacer pour plus d'intimité ? à 8.50 , plus de pain !!! juste le crouchon sur une planche et pas de grand couteau pour le couper . Personne n'est venu apporter un nouveau pain !!! pas de pains au chocolat ! , viennoiseries sans saveur . Je reproche au personnel de s'être occupé en priorité à la préparation d'un brunch pour une équipe de football qui logeait à l'hôtel au détriment des autres clients . Quand j'ai remis les clés , j'ai constaté que d'autres clients se plaignaient aussi de certaines choses ? bref , beaucoup de choses à revoir dans l'organisation et la gestion de la situation .

The showerhead was defect and the "Free Conditioner" provided was way (a lot) beyond it's "Use best before.." date

Location of the hotel next to a busy road, traffic a little intrusive

The hotel and its rooms are very modern and comfortable. The parking (under the hotel) was well lit, and had surprisingly wide parking spaces. Nice and spacious rooms, very clean and well equiped bathroom with lovely shower. Perfect location for my visit, on the ring road, but no traffic-noise in the rooms!

The man at reception had a beard and was mumbling.... I had not found the parking-lot initially, and found it hard to understand the man's explanation; I could tell he got frustrated with me. I had asked for double bed instead of twin-bed.... I did not receive any feedback whatsoever, and sure enough ended up with twin-beds. Breakfast is from 07:00 during the week, does not start until 08:00 in the weekend. I found 08:00 somewhat late, taking into account my schedule, yet worked my way around it and did not take other arrangements; I could tell that guests had finished breakfast when I arrived at 07:55. I found that somewhat frustrating No beans, baked bacon, or tomatoes for breakfast: European style, including omelet and freshly pressed orange juice.

Everything about this hotel is very positive. The interior of lobby, the room, the bathroom... it is very modern and fantastic. Great to relax during business trip. Breakfast was very nice too and the staff were there to help at all times. Would highly recommend.

Nothing i disliked about this hotel. It is great.

Breakfast: room/location is fine, variety of offerings for breakfast is good

Breakfast: the quality of the individial offerings was to low. Various things did not have their own characteristic flavour and where for example just sweet (marmelade, orange juice, pan cakes). scrambled eggs did have a flavour at all.
