The view from my room was ideal and loved the beach cabana service.
The WiFi went out on Friday AM and there is barely any service in the area. Even when the WiFi worked it was shotty at best. The place was nice enough but I’ve stayed at nicer places for less money.

I used to stay at the Sea Crest with my family as a kid. I barely recognized it LOL! I loved it. The room was fantastic.
I would have liked a better view of the beach. The view was mostly trees and growth with a small window of the beach. And, if the room was just a little bit bigger, that would have been great!

The room is a very large suite.
You arrive on time, with no one in the office, and your name pinned on a small envelope with a map that is impossible to read, and no idea where the room is. It took 30 minutes with several tries to finally locate the correct room. You cannot really see the ocean from the room, though you can hear it.

I was disappointed to find the following in the unit:
1. white toilet seat was worn and needs to be replaced
2. no USB ports easily accessible
3. broken patio chair with exposed nail hazard
4. cookie sheets left in oven had food & foil on them
5. the microwave was rusted and stained inside

Have a Ocean view from one of the bedroom and living room. We love to have breakfast outside on the deck with ocean view as well.
Little disappointed that the room is not face the ocean as I expected

We usually stay in Montauk for the Christmas week, but found ourselves out of luck w/ booked hotels. We then looked a little west and found Sea Crest. It far exceeded our expectactions! It was our first time staying here and definitely not our last!
It could've been sunnier! But the Sea Crest has absolutely no control over that!!!

I liked that we could step out of the room and walk to the beach !
There’s a great bagel shop across the street also!
The patio was great and rooms were as described.
My only complaint is that it was very challenging to communicate with one of the staff members who seemed very irritated by my existence and by me asking where anything was and when I tried to find water.
Anther staff member the following day was nicer. I would say this line of work was a bad choice for the lady we checked in with. She was very hard to talk to and clearly incredibly annoyed that I needed help finding my room and water. Other than that the pool was great , beach is fantastic and everyone else is nice ! I would stay again and just avoid her if I have any questions.
The women we checked in with was super unfriendly and didn’t like to talk to me.

Communication was great. Everything was done by text message. The unit was very nice but it did not have patio furniture. I wish I would have known that before bc we could have used a table and chairs.
Communication about the room before time. We expected all the rooms to be the same with the same furniture but found out that the h it’s are individually owned.

Beachfront location, huge apartment, very clean! Loved the size of the place.

I did not get the room that I asked and paid for. I stated the property before and this time I was very disappointed in most everything. Wrong room, checking procedure, having to switch rooms, etc.
