The motel sign needs to be updated. It gives the appearance of a much cheaper motel. I was pleasantly surprised when I got into the room.

We love this place. It was actually what we needed after my mother in law and my father passed away a month from each other.
No kids motel so that was big plus for us they even have us a free upgrade which was very nice.
We would love to come back if ever we get another 3 weekend off
The pool doesn't open until 11am.
We wake up early and would have love to take an early dip.

All of the little touches- beautiful, homey, luxury- the retro feel- great air conditioning, quiet, relaxing, sparkling clean pool

Soft linens, comfortable bed, full kitchen quiet, excellent strong internet connection, charming pool and conversation area. Super clean. Big TV. Well lit. Kitchen table and additional relaxing chairs.

I love the story of the owners renovating it, from ground up, when no one else wanted it, and of their hard work and success ever since!
Too few surfaces to set bathroom needs on, and no fan in bathroom, need easier access to and better lights around the pool area.

Updated room and bath since last visit. Comfortable bed, spotless room, meal prep area with full refrigerator, friendly owner who went out of her way to make our stay a positive experience.
The exterior needs to be updated.
