location, quiet room, great a/c cooling
room was not cleaned. we were not advised at check in of need to let staff know if we wanted the room cleaned during a multi day stay. It was a mention on a handout that we did not reference. we found the bed to be quite firm.

Centrally located. Clean, comfortable and attractive rooms. Love the option for an exclusive ice and coffee facility and beautiful courtyard.
I appreciate the refrigerator, microwave and complimentary water!

Very clean! Staff is very friendly and welcoming. They went above and beyond to get a 1st floor location for my husband's mobility issues. If they weren't able to get a 1st floor room, they were going to carry our luggage upstairs for us. The location is perfect, everything in walking distance. They offered great restaurant recommendations. I was impressed with the room, very comfortable bed and the housekeeping staff does an exceptional job. The courtyard is peaceful and a perfect place to sip your morning coffee. They have a coffee room that has a Starbuck's machine, Ice machine, Tea, etc. It's perfect and awesome for a coffee drinker like me. I must have my morning coffee and afternoon coffee and evening coffee, lol! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area Cottonwood, Clarksdale for the train, or Sedona. Great location for Jerome and Prescott or Prescott Valley.
I was in the hospitality industry for 30 years and I see things that most people out of the industry would not. There wasn't anything that I didn't like. Cleanliness, property upkeep, friendliness/welcoming, location, nicely appointed room, comfortable bed and seating, beautiful courtyard, etc. I wouldn't hesitate to book this hotel again.

The Iron Horse Inn is charming, yet modern. The rooms are beautifully decorated, clean and very spacious. The property is lovely and unique. The location is perfect. It’s in the heart of Cottonwood and within walking distance to shops and restaurants. I highly recommend staying here!

The location was perfect. Room was very very tiny but a great utilization of space. Very clean and comfortable. Staff very personable.
Needed grab bar in shower. Someone to help with luggage to 2nd floor. Stairs were very steep, but what would you expect from a 1930 hotel. Felt price was high for location & size of room.

this is a very old hotel which has maintained its charm. Our rooms were up some very steep stairs. The open courtyard downstairs was very pleasant for us to enjoy a sundowner. Complimentary coffee, chocolate and tea was a pleasant surprise. Location was excellent in the heart of downtown Clarkdale

everything, location is fantastic, room was very comfortable and clean. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Hot Chocolate was great. The courtyard was very relaxing.

The room was clean
On making our reservation, we were not advised that we would have to be in an upstairs room. We both were in late 70's age wise and found the stairs a bit risky but managed by holding on to the handrail. We would have reserved a downstairs room had we been aware that our room was upstairs.
