Rooms were comfortable and clean

Staff was rude, no one at front desk when u check in have to pick up the phone call multiple times to get someone to come up to front desk, went outside to smoke at 530 in the morning and was locked out of our room with our 2 kids sleeping had to use the phone at the front desk to call numerous times to get someone up front and then they didn’t even make us a new room card/key to get in the room the women couldn’t even speak English just used the house keeper key to let us in, zero effort on their part for the breakfast syrup was empty for waffles, waffle batter was basically empty the place just isn’t was it used to be I’ll never stay there again the gal that did let us in our room was completely rude

Pillows aren’t great. Issues with tv that manager was helpful in making it work.

Everything was great. Bed was comfortable. Clean, nice place.

The staff refused to check me in with the credit card used by booking.com. They said the card would not run but others used the card the next day just fine. The hotel refused to accept cash so I had to waite out the storm in the parking lot across town.
