La serviabilité et l’amabilité du personnel, la proximité du KSC

Le bruit, pas d’insonorisation, j’ai entendu les voisins discuter jusqu’à 2h du matin comme s’ils avaient été au pied de mon lit. La chambre qui donne sur un parking à l’arrière, la proximité de la route. Le prix (plus de 200$ la nuit sans petit déjeuner) beaucoup trop élevé pour les prestations proposées

Super Strandlage! Anlage sauber und gepflegt, wenn auch schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Kostenfreier Parkplatz direkt vor Ort.

Leider kein Fön auf dem Zimmer. Das Bett war mir zu hart.

Location was great close to everything. Loved the grassy area and so close to the beautiful beach. Very nice staff. Would definitely stay again.

No hair dryer

Très belle emplacement à côté de la mer, belle plage, qu’on peut marcher pendant des km, n’offre pas de chaise pour la plage, mais nous sommes allé en acheter une au Walmart à 8,88$.

Ils nous ont donné la chambre directement à côté de la réception et face au stationnement malgré que j’avais réservé d’avance et que pas en période haute saison. Équipements et décorations vieillots

Location was amazing. Price was exceptional for location. My beach musts are direct beach access and a rinse off station. They had both. Loved the laid back, vintage vibe of the grounds. I appreciate places that update older motels rather than tearing them down . That being said, it was an older motel with older amenities but all nicely kept and cleaned. Rooms were comfy and clean. Front desk was helpful and kind. Motel felt safe. My friend and I travel alone a lot. Being two young women we sometimes find that the cheaper motels are kinda sketchy. Felt completely safe here the entire time. Will definitely be back!

Location was great

No house keeping. Asked several times for clean towels and never received any. Ended up having to go to a laundry mat to wash them. Had to buy trash bags. Beds were very uncomfortable.

My husband and I stay here often because of the location. It’s within a short walking distance to many restaurants, shops, and bars in Cocoa Beach.. not to mention it is on the water.

This is probably going to be out last time staying here because the beds are too hard, the rooms smell musky/mildewy and the AC units have a hard time keeping up in the summer months.

Facilities very tired Pictures advertised must have been several years old I booked a deluxe room, they don’t have any and seaview was out a side window that had closed blinds to stop people walking past looking in

Great location, comfortable room. BBQs and picnic tables available to residents.

The only minor issue was no hairdryer in room 2 and out of hours phone number went to voicemail but you were unable to leave a message.

It was definitely good enough for the price and location.

Next to beach. Walk to restaurants. Sheets & bathroom were clean.

Our room was close to road next to parking spots . Traffic noise made it hard to sleep. Shower head & control knob both moldy. Not awful but correctable. Stove old & rusty in places. Dated & scuffed up overall.

, closes office at 7pm ??? leaves phone number to call if you need anything but, goes to voice mail! . air conditioner sounded like motorcycle taking off when it came on. and kept coming on and off all night. very annoying. tried to complain about very loud air conditioner, but # kept going to voice mail. so just tried to sleep through it. ( office was not open till after 8:30am and we left at 8:00 am so could not voice our problems with staff.

Nice little hotel right on the beach. Room clean and comfortable. Staff very friendly. Was only there for a night before our cruise but would return in the future for a longer stay if we are down here again.

Some parking spots a little tight for bigger cars if the lot is full.

The location is superb. Easy walking distance to good restaurants. The room was comfortable.

The water was tepid. The facilities are very dated.
