Very homey and very comfortable.

The facility is older but clean. The back deck is very peaceful, and the owners are very friendly. We enjoyed the pool, and there are multiple places for families to sit outside together. We liked being able to make a pot of coffee in the morning.

The photo on the website is deceiving in that it showed a room with much more space. The room was very cramped, and to use the coffee pot required pulling a table out of the closet for a place to put it.

The staff was beyond accommodating. Right next to the lake and dollar general. The night time swim at the pool was so refreshing. The shower was hot and had excellent water pressure.

Place is just out dated, that's it! Everything else was absolutely perfect

Small no frills motel that was close to the lake and where our family was staying. The staff was great and the room was just what we needed.

Carpet in room was very old. Balcony has old thin carpet on it.

Bed was just a little stiff. Otherwise a wonderful stay!

The location was convenient to the event I was participating in. It was quiet and I was able to park right outside my room. The bed was very comfortable with nice linens. The owners were very friendly and helpful.

The room was definitely showing it’s age and could use some deep cleaning. Nearest restaurants were in Bull Shoals.

Definitely an older motel in an old town, but it was kept clean and tidy and the owner was super nice.

The rooms are small, which did not bother me but must be considered for bigger groups or children.

A little plain. No art work on the walls made it feel uninviting. But great owners.

For outdoor sporting the Bull Shoals area is hands down one of the best! Very safe, quiet peaceful area.

Area is limited regarding restaurants, grocery and convenience stores, no 24 hour establishments. Bring what you need with you!

The entire place was a dump. The outside was filthy. Bird droppings on deck rails, overflowing ashtrays, dirty tables, I had to clean own area to be able to use the balcony. The refrigerator was awful, freezer door fell off. Rust on the shelves. I took pictures of some of these things.Wifi was on and off.

I was quite and comfortable. And out of the way from major traffic.
