There was a mix-up about our room. I reserved a King Suite and they tried to give me a Studio King. I showed them my original reservation and they stated that "Booking.com" made the mistake. They changed our room. There was only ONE phone and it didn't work so when there was an issue I had to call using my cell. The suite was clean and there was some housekeeping. The bathroom tub was a bit dangerous it had NO grab bar at all. The showerhead was terrible. The Breakfast provided was OKAY. Having to pay for parking was a bit of a surprise. It wasn't garage parking. Again the kitchen had no table or chairs. Overall the people were very nice to us.
This hotel is okay but really didn't suit me or my taste in comfort.

Rooms have lots of places to unpack. There was a pool table! Breakfast was very good.
The hair conditioner in the shower was empty. Asked for refill. But after staying 3 more nights, it was never refilled.

When entering the hotel it smelled fresh & clean.
The breakfast was terrible. I expected better from a Hyatt property.
I'm not too keen on hotels that allow pets.

The hotel staff was very friendly and accommodating. My room was clean and the breakfast was stellar. It’s hard to believe that it was included with our stay. It was a lovely stay!
I honestly cannot think of any improvement. If I must say something, maybe just some signs about the bar. I thought I could go get a late snack but it was closed. I could have certainly missed the signs though.

Very comfortable, home-like feel. Very clean and breakfast was very good. Waffles and potatoes were my favorite!
The hallway carpets needed cleaning, quality of toilet paper needs to improve, and there needs to be cheese in the scrambled eggs!

Overall, I enjoyed being at your facility. My problem was the noise from the air conditioner in the room. I believe in The HYATT name and will continue to use your facilities. However, a quiet room is most important
Continuous Noise. Because of the noisy air conditioner. Some level of noise can be bearable. This was too much.

the front desk clerk lied and said it was a 50.00 early check in fee that I did not approve.

The breakfast buffet.
They have not refunded my $50 yet it has been 4 days already. They said it takes 2-3 days so keep an eye on it.

Nice people and nice well appointed room.
Bar was only open on week night and no bartender on Friday. Also said there was a restaurant and there was not one on site.

Being on the first floor window facing the patio. I couldn’t open shade.

Staff was helpful.
There was some problem in billing which blocked double the amount due on credit card. It took few weeks till the blocked amount was cleared. I guess it was some system glitch.
