Staff was nice
Room needed updating,bathroom needed bad updating,it smelled very musty, need darkening curtains there light shined into room all night long.microwave needed cleaning.

Host was extremely nice, greeted you by name. Price was wonderful and it was adequate.
Older and needed work, new caulking needed in shower and faucet had a lot of mineral buildup. But the reasonable price made the trip possible!

No breakfast available, so we brought our own. However, the proprietor supplied juice, coffee, bananas by 7:00 am!
Our credit card was rejected, so we paid cash. Later we found the credit card company was checking our location, so we might have charged the room. I guess it was a security item.

Accommodation is bad. The bathroom has a bathtub that, in addition to being clogged, is all peeling and dirty. The carpet in the room smelled of dust, things objects, everything was dusty. There is no comfort in the room. Unfortunately, there was nothing good to say. At the reception, the service is fast and without bureaucracy.

Office smelled of Indian food and gave me a migraine immediately, mold on the ceiling in the bathroom, Bathroom window was wide open (in 42 degree weather) when I first entered. Bedding smelled like cigar smoke / Indian food. Overall horrible

Room was not clean. Parts of the room looked like they had not been cleaned for a long time.

We stayed at the Inn for 1 night on the way to Martha’s Vineyard. It’s clean and convenient place. Spacious room with 2 beds. Nothing extraordinary, motel style, but we did not need anything else. Price was reasonable for a long weekend.

The price is a little too high, for the quality you get. Unfortunately Cape Cod is expensive and quality is not there (in many hotels/motels, not just this one) if you're not willing to pay a fortune. Probably the cheapest place on Cap Cod if you don't count camps. The location is not bad. The staff is friendly.
Probably the worst place I stayed in MA. It's exactly how people describe it. Old, a bit smelly, and dirty. Definitely needs some remodeling (remodeling = tearing down and building a new place). But I understand, that if you remodel, the price/night will be much higher. I guess cape Cod needs places like this, but I wish it was a bit cleaner/newer bedding...

Room was dated and not upgraded anytime recently. Dirty, Smelled musty. Spider webs on fixtures. Human hair on other objects. No ice machine. No Breakfast.

They didn’t change my trash and give me new trash bags. Change to clean towels. And my family complained of not having toilet papers. My brother paid for and booked a King size room since Feb and now is July for his anniversary and they gave it away to someone else and still charged him full price.
