The view

We got the LAST parking spot in a poorly lit lot. There was a convention of dungeons and dragon and cosplay😩. Maybe let your other guests be aware of this nonsense or not charge $190 a night to see a bunch of grown ups acting like 12 yr olds. Empty plastic box for tissues with no box in it. No cream or sugar or cups for the 2 k cups in the room.

location was great and close to restaurants

Only issue was the pool was unavailable which is why we didn't stay there a second time, otherwise we definitely would have.

Mountain View

I paid the hotel rate with the Mountain View price, which was confirmed. But when checking in, the front desk lady said there were no more Mountain View rooms available. That’s ridiculous. My son ordered his breakfast, but the lady gave my son’s food to the other customer. She served the white customers food first who ordered late, and my food was sitting at the counter. When you stay at this hotel, you can feel that discrimination still exists.

beautiful view if on the mountain view side

The bartender was arrogant and not welcoming at all. My godmother nor myself felt welcomed to enjoy a beverage before we ended a long hard day. He kept reassuring us and other guests how great he was at his job. Very unprofessional and annoying.
