The included continental breakfast is a disappointment. A joke really. it consisted of one item, a plastic wrapped bagel. No Thanks. Fortunately there was a Dunks a mile away.

I love it

This is a well maintained historic property right on the Atlantic Ocean. The staff was fantastic, the standard room was quiet, large enough for 3 adults and very well appointed. It is easy to get to, and parking is plentiful. There is cold breakfast available downstairs with coffee and tea. If you want more, there is shopping and restaurants less than half mile away. About half a mile from public beach access. We were very happy with our stay.

Both mattresses were soft and lumpy.

very few choices if you want to stay in Narragansett Pier, especially in season or in September. Our room had ocean views and a little outdoor patio.

very noisy wedding party until 4 am, hardly slept at all, manager should be more proactive and separate guests better knowing how badly insulated the rooms are

No restaurant/bar. Free breakfast was a few packages of store bought bagels and sugar coated cereal. No housekeeping services. Strange musty odor in room and bathroom.

My mattress felt like plywood & I didn’t sleep at all. room 115- CHANGE THE MATTRESS! sheets were yellowed, no lobby, you call that breakfast included? coffee, 2 types of cereal & store- bought bagels. the room was shabby at best. staff person was nice, room was clean. I paid over $300 for this? Quality Inn would have been better. very disappointed.

Location is the only thing going for this property. Our room was directly above entrance to the hotel and next to the inside staircase. The walls and windows are very thin and little to no insulation. It was extremely noisy and we could hear everything. The night shift clerk brought her son. He was restless and she was yelling at him outside the door to the lobby. The bathroom looked like it was unfinished and had a sloppy paint job. The sink faucet was screwed in crooked, there was trim missing from the wood shelf holding the towels, and it was dirty. The room and furniture looked dated and uncomfortable. Disappointed doesn’t even begin to describe our stay!

Beautiful location, right on the water. We did not have an ocean front room, but partial ocean view, which was still a great view from the window!

Breakfast was very (very) bare bones - there was one package of store bought bagels and some cereal. Other reviews said there wasn’t much, but I was expecting a little more than that!
