Our bed was broken and squeaked so bad with every move, the pillows are way to large and causes us to have neck pain. Did not sleep well at All!! Tossed and turned all night barely slept.. never lost so much sleep on a trip. This was for my birthday and I woke up miserable. Not to happy

The bed had a huge indent in the center and squeaked with every move, and felt like it was going to fall at any time.

The beds were comfortable and the bathroom was amazing. The shower the best I've ever used in a hotel bathroom.

The elevators took a long time to get to the different floors. And they only had 2 elevators running on a Friday evening.

Location was great. Room was very nice.

Pool was closed and that was one of the reasons we stayed there. We weren’t informed of this and staff seemed unaware of the closure. Also WiFi didn’t work.

Please please please address the check in at the Fern counter 45 minutes to get to your room in line is horrendous. I’ve gone six out of seven times and watched the front staff of two with a line of 15 to 20 just feels very inefficient on check-in especially when it’s 6:10 PM, and not exactly 4 PM check-in

Large clean room with comfortable beds

The shower was jammed and unusable. Luckily we had a sunken tub which worked except we had to manually hold the drain stop to allow the water to drain

The room and facilities are amazing and comfortable. They staff is super nice.

For the price we paid, it should have come with more perks and comps.

The rooms were nice, the resort was really nice, shops and restuarants were walking distance, the hotel was surrounded with mountains, beautiful scenery. and the room was nice for the value.

The front check-in line was lone and so was the wait. There was not enough help at the front desk.

The front desk was very friendly and accommodating to put our group of 3 rooms on the same floor. The bed was very comfortable!

The spa had hidden charges so the massage that is priced at $152 ended up being over $200. The shower in the spa had mildew on the grout lines.

check in slow elevators didn’t work. some down . Had to walk down 20 flights with our luggage. The room was dirty we found blood of a lotion, cereal on the floor, broken cabinets The pillows were all way too hard

The rooms were clean, updated and very nice, The hotel accommodated our request for connected rooms, which was awesome. Fireside grill had amazing service, the prices were reasonable, and the food was amazing. The team at the deli were super nice and the food was delicious.

We were traveling with small kids and it was difficult to navigate around the casino to restaurants. We ended up bring food back to the room for them because it was challenging and there was no room service. The only available thing for them was the pool, which was fine for a one night stay, but I wouldn't stay longer then that with kids.
